Rob Franklin is the founder of JPT Solutions where he is responsible for customer experience and managing the service team which provides support, consultancy as well as a host of IT security tasks. He helps to design and maintain hundreds of networks for businesses throughout the East Midlands in the UK. He’s worked in the industry since the early 1990’s performing various roles throughout the years which has given him a broad insight into every aspect of the IT industry.
